Ethar Aldaej

Managing Partner

The accomplished founder of ELaw, Ethar Aldaej, has established a strong presence in the Saudi Arabian legal landscape. A key figure in the Saudi Bar Association, she fulfilled various important roles, including that of a Board Member, an Executive Committee Member, and previously, a Member and Secretary of the Riyadh Lawyers Committee. As a skilled mediator for the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), she expertly handled complex business disputes.

 

Ethar's impressive advisory background, manifested in her work at MONSHAAT and Capital Modern Nurseries LTD, showcases her adeptness in addressing intricate legal matters. Besides her professional ventures, she's been an active volunteer, generously dedicating her expertise to King Salman Humanitarian Aid and the Arab Red Crescent.

 

Her solid academic foundation includes executive education from several top-tier institutions, a Master of Commercial Law from Dar Al Uloom University, and a Bachelor of Islamic Law from Al-Imam University. Her multicultural academic immersion further embraces French cultural studies from La Sorbonne, France.

Abeer Alahmari

Senior Associate

Abeer is a seasoned legal professional with an L.L.M in Public Law and an L.L.B degree from King Saud University. Among her specializations are Litigation, Criminal Procedure, and Cybercrime Law. Her proficiency extends to guiding corporates on Capital Market Authority Laws and Regulations. Abeer was also nominated for the Litigator of the Year -  Women in Law Awards by LexisNexis.

 

 At ELaw, she significantly contributes to case management and high-stake litigation, particularly in Intellectual Property Rights, leading to successful case outcomes.

 

Apart from her exemplary legal practice, she plays a prominent role in legal initiatives, such as her involvement in the Waeya Legal Initiative and leadership of the Legal Committee of ARCO. Abeer’s unrelenting pursuit of knowledge, adeptness in handling critical cases, and leadership roles in legal initiatives underscore her preeminence in the legal profession.

Mohammad Almutlaq

Associate 

Mohammad brings a blend of academic excellence and extensive practical experience to our firm. He holds a Bachelor's degree with outstanding grades from Qassim University, where he was an active and engaged student. His in-depth legal expertise and keen problem-solving skills make him a valuable asset to our clients.

Over the years, Mohammad has played a pivotal role in several high-impact legal projects. He has been instrumental in drafting the basic system for a sports federation and crafting contracts for a prominent rental company and commercial stores. His proficiency extends into personal legal affairs, where he has successfully managed insurance disputes and cases against car agencies, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.

During his university years, Mohammad also demonstrated his commitment to justice and fairness by contributing to the invalidation of certain decisions made by the University's Systems Department, advocating effectively on behalf of student requirements.

In addition to his legal acumen, Mohammad is dedicated to community service. His volunteer work with Civil Defense and search and rescue associations such as the Aoun Association and Injad Association underscores his commitment to public service and safety. These roles involve crucial tasks like locating missing persons and rescuing individuals stranded in remote areas, highlighting his diligence and compassion.

Duniya Alghamdi

Junior Associate 

Duniya is a highly dedicated legal professional with a solid academic foundation and a wealth of practical experience. She graduated from Prince Sultan University, where she not only excelled academically but also actively participated in various extracurricular activities. During her four years at the university, Duniya participated in a moot court competition, volunteered over 200 hours with esteemed organizations such as the Saudi Law Conference, and was a committed member of three university clubs.

 

Her practical training included a rigorous seven-month COOP stint at ELAW boutique law firm, where Duniya showcased her exceptional legal research and analytical skills. She tackled complex topics such as premium residency, regional headquarters establishment, and step-by-step incorporation in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, she conducted thorough research related to wills, artist equity in KSA and the GCC, tourist health insurance, and service licenses.

 

Duniya’s hands-on experience at ELAW also included drafting service contract agreements, calculating legal costs, providing consultations on will authentication, and assisting clients with various legal queries. She demonstrated impressive investigative skills, paraphrased legal emails for clarity and professionalism, and supported a client with a power of attorney.

 

Her academic journey, coupled with her extensive volunteer work and COOP training, has equipped Duniya with a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights, ensuring that she can provide well-rounded and effective legal support to our clients.
